Director
Jason Marley has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He leads the firm’s strategic planning and helps shape its long-term vision by promoting a culture centred around collaboration, teamwork, and technology.
Prior to joining Kerr Henderson, Jason worked at PwC, gaining valuable experience in consulting, client and project management. He now serves as the primary adviser for some of the firm’s largest Workplace clients, specialising in pension scheme design, governance, M&A consulting, and employee wellbeing planning. His tailored solutions help businesses meet their obligations while enhancing employee engagement and improving the financial security and retirement prospects of their teams.
Jason actively participates in industry roundtable events across the UK, sharing insights on emerging trends and challenges in financial services. He also judges the Corporate Adviser Awards, which recognise excellence and innovation among advisers and providers in the UK.
Jason’s uses his network of industry relationships and connections to ensure that both Kerr Henderson and its clients can adapt to changing market dynamics while consistently achieving long-term financial success.
Director
Nikki is a Private Client Adviser with over 25 years’ experience in providing comprehensive financial advice to individual clients. With an overall 30 years in the financial services sector, she brings rich expertise to her current role as Director.
A Chartered Financial Planner, Nikki is a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society, and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, reflecting her commitment to high standards in both financial planning and wealth management.
Initially joining Kerr Henderson in 2002, Nikki was appointed Director in 2021 further solidifying her leadership and influence within the organisation.
Director
Stephen is a Private Client Adviser and Director with over 30 years of experience delivering tailored financial advice to individual clients. With a specialisation in taxation and investment planning, he brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to his role.
A Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the Personal Finance Society, Stephen is also a Chartered Tax Adviser and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) – demonstrating his commitment to the highest standards in financial planning and wealth management.
Stephen also serves as Chair of the Kerr Henderson Investment Committee, where he plays a key role in shaping and overseeing the firm’s investment strategy.
Senior Technical Consultant / Paraplanner
Andrew is a senior technical consultant / paraplanner specialising in SSAS and SIPP pension schemes and property related transactions. Andrew joined Kerr Henderson in 2002 and has over 25 years’ experience in financial services.
Outside of the office, Andrew is a long-suffering golfer and enjoys the downtime of being out on the course.
Paraplanner
Dedicated and detail-oriented, John has a strong background in financial planning and wealth management for over 10 years, with a high standard of product and technical knowledge. Proficient in conducting in-depth product and investment analysis, cashflow modelling, strategic financial and retirement planning, report writing, ensuring compliance with UK financial regulations, and providing invaluable support to financial advisers in helping generate excellent client outcomes.
John works remotely in Essex. Outside of work, he spends a lot of time walking his cockapoo Amber, cycling, playing various racket sports and enjoys a bit of downtime by going to the cinema.
Pension Administrator
Keziah joined the Kerr Henderson team in October 2016 and brings with her a BSc Hons in Finance and Investment Analysis.
Senior Consultant
Mark has worked in Financial Services for 34 years, including 23 years with Standard Life.
He is a Fellow of the PFS, Associate of CII and have an honours degree in Economics.
Trainee Financial Advisor
Mina joined Kerr Henderson in 2020 and holds the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and the CII Certificate in Health & Protection.
Mina began her career with Kerr Henderson as an administrator and is now enrolled in their financial advisor trainee programme.
Mina was born in Tokyo and is fluent in Japanese. She is a runner and loves to travel.
Report Writer
After obtaining a HND in Business & Finance in 2001, Neil embarked on a career in the financial services industry, achieving the Financial Planning Certificate and Certificate in Mortgage Advice.
He joined the Kerr Henderson team in 2013.
Outside of work Neil enjoys going for long cycles, exercising and watching his three favourite sports: football, MMA and boxing.
Senior Administrator
With over 20 years’ experience, Paul is a key player in the private client team and has been with Kerr Henderson since 2005.
Paul holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Ulster University and the Chartered Insurance Institute Financial Planning Certificate.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys travelling and participating in and watching a broad range of sports including football, rugby and golf.
Manager / Private Client Admin Support
Originally a teacher from Hungary, Reka moved to Northern Ireland in 2012 and has been working in financial services since 2015.
Reka joined the Kerr Henderson team two years later, and currently manages the Private Client admin support team.
Outside work, Reka enjoys travelling, walks in nature, swimming and knitting.
Financial Consultant
Bruce joined Kerr Henderson in 2015 with an 18-year career in financial services under his belt.
Starting out within financial services in South Africa as a Broker Consultant, he moved to Belfast in 2002 and continued practicing in the UK, initially at the Prudential and then at Norwich Union (now Aviva).
Bruce now holds his Dip PFS and Cert CII MP in financial services and is currently working towards his Chartered Status.
Bruce has a keen interest in singing and music and although would have applied this interest in his youth within the clubs of South Africa, now uses his gifts for worship on Sundays.
Bruce also loves the sea and paddleboards with his wife (weather permitting!) mostly in the summer months.
Workplace Specialist
Colin has worked in the financial services industry for 30+years. With a BA(Hons) degree in Business with Economics, he is highly qualified and brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the Kerr Henderson team.
Previously at Lloyds Group and Scottish Widow, Colin is an experienced financial adviser, whose specialist is in advising on a wide range of Company financials including company pension scheme structures, ongoing services, and employees with understanding their personal finances focused on their employer-sponsored benefits.
Colin is father to two ‘grown up’ children now in their 20s, so has a little bit more time to enjoy working in the garden, walking and playing golf.
Being in the 50+ stage of life he brings a wealth of more ‘mature’ experience to my role and takes great satisfaction from helping providing financial solutions to others.
Financial Consultant
With over 10 years’ experience at Kerr Henderson, Daniel has been an integral part of the team as a Financial Consultant, specialising in providing comprehensive financial advice to both private and corporate clients.
Holding the CII Diploma in Financial Planning, including advanced pension qualifications, Daniel is also a member of the Personal Finance Society and the Chartered Insurance Institute.
He is also a dedicated member of the Kerr Henderson Investment Committee, where he has a hands-on role shaping the firm’s investment strategies.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys time spent outdoors with his wife and son. Along with a good game of rugby.
Manager
Jennifer Heaney has been with Kerr Henderson since 2008 and has spent the last 10 years as the Corporate Pensions Administration Team Leader. In this role, she’s responsible for delivering all aspects of pension administration services to a range of key clients and managing our team of administrators. As part of the management team, Jennifer focuses on managing our back-office system and driving process and system efficiencies across the business. She holds a BSc. in Geography from Queen’s University Belfast and the CII Award in Financial Administration.
Outside of work, Jennifer loves spending time with her family and planning her next holiday.
Senior Corporate Administrator
Phil is a Senior Corporate Administrator at Kerr Henderson, where he looks after a number of large workplace pension schemes.
Phil holds an honours degree in Economic Policy from the University of Stirling and the Certificate in Financial Planning and has worked at Kerr Henderson for over 20 years.
Pension Administrator
With a robust background in corporate pension administration, Steven brings a wealth of expertise to the management of company pension schemes.
Over the past 11 years, he has successfully navigated the complexities of corporate pension plans, delivering exceptional service to both employers and employees.
Steven has a proven track record in managing large and small-scale pension schemes, managing the day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Outside of the office, Steven has three life staples: reading, watching films, and spending time with his family.
Compliance Manager
With over 18 years of experience in Financial Services, David has held a variety of roles throughout his career, from Protection and Mortgage Advice and Office Management to Paraplanning and Compliance Support.
David is a member of the Personal Finance Society and holds the following qualifications:
Outside of work, David enjoys playing golf, running, and learning Portuguese.
Accounting Technician
Lynne came on board Kerr Henderson in 2011 and now holds the role of Accounting Technician.
Before starting a career in finance for 30 years and counting, Lynne cut her teeth within the hospitality and construction industries.
Finance Manager
Majella joined the company in 2004 & is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
Prior to this she worked in Practice for four and half years after graduating from Queen’s University Belfast with a first-class honours degree in Pure, Applied Mathematics and Statistics & Operational Research and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from Ulster University.
IT Manager
Michelle has 10 years of experience managing complex technology environments. Committed to safeguarding data and implementing robust security protocols, Michelle has successfully deployed critical IT projects.
She negotiates contracts and maintains strong relationships with technology partners. Her passion lies in enhancing IT systems, cybersecurity, and driving digital transformation.
Outside of work, Michelle likes to enjoy downtime with her family; going for long walks and planning her next holiday.
Reception Administrator
As reception admin, Tina has been our office anchor at Kerr Henderson for more than two decades.
Since starting in 2005, Tina ensures seamless front desk operations, managing calls, providing exceptional support and welcoming visitors to the Kerr Henderson office.
Our dedicated Staff Committee is responsible for arranging a variety of events throughout the year such as charity breakfast mornings, regular staff outings and even competing in sports events.
